If I am dealt
a 'set' of 3 or more identical 'Commodity' cards, can I sell
it as soon as it is my turn? Yes.
If I have a 'set' of 3 or more identical
'Commodity' cards, can I buy a card from another player before
selling the 'set' to the 'bank'? Only
if the card you are buying is identical to the 'set' you are
going to sell immediately. If the card you buy is different,
you need to wait until your next turn before selling the 'set'.
I want to buy a 'Commodity' card from another
player but cannot raise enough 'Credits' to do so, can I exchange
other 'Commodity' cards if the other player is agreeable?
Yes, but remember the price that must be paid is 3 times the
'face value'. Any cards you exchange would also be at 3 times
'face value', therefore, setting up deals to exchange cards
is a good idea. Either player can also pay the difference between
exchange card values albeit at 3 times 'face value'.
Can I buy 1 card from 1 player and another
card from another player to make a 'set'?
Not on the same turn. You can only do
1 deal at a time, if that deal makes a 'set' you can sell it
to the 'bank' immediately, then throw the dice to move around
the 'circle'.
Can I exchange or sell a 'Command' card
to another player? No.
Can I remove cards from the 'At Risk Zone
Card' and buy a card from another player on the same turn?
No, 1 deal at a time is all that is permitted.
Can I remove more than 1 card from the
'At Risk Zone Card' on the same turn?
Yes, any number of cards can be removed from the 'At Risk Zone
Card', so long as you have sufficient 'Credits' to pay the 'At
Risk Value' plus 10% interest.
Can other players buy more than 1 card
from my 'At Risk Zone Card' at the same time?
No.
Can I sell a 'set' to the 'bank' and remove
cards from the 'At Risk Zone Card' directly after?
No, you can only remove cards from the 'At Risk Zone Card' before
selling a 'set' to the 'bank'.
If I land on a coloured segment and buy
the 'Commodity' card, which in turn gives me a 'set', can I
sell the 'set' immediately to the 'bank'?
No, you have to wait until your next turn.
Can I put 2 identical 'Commodity' cards
on the 'At Risk Zone Card', buy another to make a 'set' from
another player and sell the 'set' to the 'bank' on the same
move? Yes, you can put as many cards
as necessary on the 'At Risk Zone Card', but can only remove
the identical cards that form part of the 'set' that you sell
to the 'bank' immediately. Remember you have to pay the 'bank'
the 'At Risk Value' plus 10% interest on the cards removed as
soon as you have sold the 'set' and before throwing the dice
to move around the 'circle'.
If 2 or more players have the 'Commodity'
card that I wish to buy, which do I ask?
If 2 or more players wish to sell a 'reverse auction' is set
up and the lowest bid becomes the selling price.
If on their turn, 1 player asks another
to sell a 'Commodity' card but I also want it, can I bid higher
for it? Yes, but only if you have
2 identical cards yourself. The highest bid becomes the selling
price. This also means that the player selling has to be very
careful before agreeing to sell, because once an auction starts
it must run its course.
I have opted to pick up a blue 'Command'
card after landing on a yellow segment on the 'outer circle',
do I also receive 5,000 credits from the bank?
No, you just pick up the 'Command' card.
Can I opt to pick up a blue 'Command' card
after landing on a yellow segment on the 'inner circle'?
No this can only be done on the 'outer circle'. |
